Hey! My name is Ramsey Ferro, and I am so psyched to join Inspire Elementary this year! I have lived in Colorado ever since I graduated with my undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Arts in Communications at CU Boulder/Denver. Go Buffs! I worked in corporate America in an account manager/sales position before I was able to pursue my lifelong dream of being a teacher. I attended Metro State College and completed my Post-Baccalaureate Elementary Licensure in 2010, with my Linguistically Diverse Education: ESL Minor and Endorsement Licensure. Since graduation I have taught in all grades 1-5 and this will be my 11 th year teaching. My partner and I are so lucky to have two Rhodesian Ridgeback hound dogs that are named Will and Okoye. We love to take them hiking, on long walks and up to our cabin. We also show them in dog shows. I enjoy being active, gardening, cooking, snowboarding, and anything in nature. Life is too short, so why not make the best of it? I know this year is going to be a fun and exciting one. It will be history in the making. So, let us all learn to appreciate great books, put in our best effort, and discover a love of reading!
