I am proud to be entering my fifth year as Assistant Principal at Inspire Elementary, where I continue to support our commitment to academic excellence, equity, and whole-child development. With 20 years of experience in education, I have served as a classroom teacher, District Instructional Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Regional Math Director.
After earning a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, I moved into school leadership roles in Washington, DC before relocating to Denver, where I served as Principal earning the Colorado “Centers for Excellence” award in 2018. At Inspire, I have been honored to contribute to our school’s continued growth, including receiving the Governor’s Distinguished Improvement Award in 2022 and recognition from Curriculum Associates in 2023 as a “Super Stretch School” for outstanding student growth in iReady mathematics.
As Assistant Principal, my goal is to lead with clarity, consistency, and high expectations to ensure every student receives rigorous, engaging, and equitable instruction. I am committed to strengthening instructional practices through coaching, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. I have worked to build and sustain systems and programming that support teacher growth, accelerate student achievement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Outside of school, I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling with my husband and our three standard poodles.
