Hi there! My name is Alex Equihua and this is my first year at Inspire! I am so excited to start this journey with all of you. I am originally from Crown Point, Indiana. I graduated from The University of Indianapolis with a degree in Elementary Education, and shortly after decided to chase my dreams out here in Colorado. I strive to listen, learn, and grow right alongside my students to help create a safe space for all of us. I feel extremely lucky to be a part of this family already, and I know that there will be so many great things ahead this upcoming school year! Outside of teaching you will find me listening to new music, reading a book, or exploring the outdoors. I am eager to get into the classroom to make great connections with my students as well as connect with all those who work here at Inspire!
