Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Edstrom and I am so excited to join the Inspire family! This will be my 14th year as a teacher, and my 10th year in third grade! My goal each year is to create a classroom community where all children can be themselves. I believe this creates a space where students can take risks and challenge themselves to be their best selves, both academically and emotionally. When I am not teaching, I am spending time with my 4-year old twins, Hattie and Lukas. I play soccer on the weekends and love to go hiking in the warm sunshine. I just learned to fish and have added that to my mountain adventures. I cannot wait to share my love of learning with you!
