Hello! My name is Brianna Russell, it is with excitement that I am continuing my 6th year working at Inspire. Originally, I was a paraprofessional at Inspire while completing my degree in Elementary Education at the University of Northern Colorado. This will be my fourth year as a Kindergarten teacher. I have worked with several different grades but Kindergarten has my heart. I love working hand in hand with families and students through this exciting first year of elementary school. The ah ha moment in students is my favorite and my WHY as a teacher. As a student, I attended Denver Public Schools K-12. It feels great to give back to my community by teaching in DPS. Teaching is my passion and I love seeing my students learn and grow everyday. A little about me: I have a loving and supportive spouse, 1 dog, and a little boy. I’m a Denver native that loves Colorado and all of the beautiful activities it has to offer. When I’m not at work you can find me exploring Colorado with my family, going out with friends, cooking or baking, and cuddling up with a good book or movie.
