Hi! My name is Alexa Ayers-Grant. I go by Ms. Grant. I am so excited to be joining the Inspire team as a 1st grade teacher! I was born in Puerto Rico but mostly grew up in Louisiana and South Carolina. I moved to Colorado a little over a year ago. I graduated from Clemson University with my Bachelor of Arts and then went back to school and got my Masters in the Art of Teaching from Anderson University. I have been teaching for over 5 years now and I love being in the classroom. I always strive to make my classroom a fun and engaging place for all of my students. In my classroom, community is very important. We all support and help one another in my room! I am also a mom. I have a 10 year old son named Link. When I am not teaching I love thrift shopping and singing along to Taylor Swift songs. I am so excited for this school year!
