Hello Foxes! I am originally from Madison, Wisconsin, which I will always be proud to call home (Go Pack Go!). I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a dual license in Early Childhood and Special Education and jumped right into teaching Kindergarten for almost three years. In 2017, I made the best decision of my life to move out to Colorado in pursuit of my Master’s degree in Human Learning and Development through the Boulder Journey School Teacher Education Program and CU Denver. I spent three years at Boulder Journey School teaching children ages two-five. This will be my fourth year at Inspire and my second year as part of the amazing ECE team! It has been a dream of mine to incorporate inquiry based learning into the primary grades and I couldn’t think of a better place to do this! When I’m not teaching, I love adventuring outside, finding a great hike, or finding a good spot near a river to hang my hammock and read. I also enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and dancing to live music!
