Margaret Cranfill
Senior Teacher Team Lead

Hi, my name is Margaret Cranfill. I am really looking forward to being here! I was born and raised in Rochester, Minnesota and grew up in a large family of 7 children!

After graduating from high school, I made the trek out to Colorado 10 years ago to study at the University of Northern Colorado. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education with an Emphasis in teaching English as a second language. This will be my 8th year teaching and I have enjoyed every moment of it. I taught first grade for two years overseas in the country of Kuwait. The past 5 years, I have spent teaching kindergarten/first grade at Tavelli Elementary up in Fort Collins. I have volunteered to teach English on short-term trips all over the world including places like Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Slovakia, Latvia, and Trinidad & Tobago.

I recently got married this past summer and am adjusting to life with my husband! We live in the Stapleton area. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, playing the piano, walking, cooking new foods and drinking tasty coffee! I am looking forward to teaching your children this coming school year. My goal is to lovingly challenge them as they discover their strengths!
