Hey! My name is Libby Phillips and I am so excited to be a part of the Leadership Team as a Senior Team Lead (STL) and Literacy Interventionist.

A little about me, I grew up and lived in Tennessee until my family moved to Colorado in 2017. My academic journey led me through the halls of the University of Tennessee where I received both my undergraduate and Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. Along with those two degrees, I found I love UT sports, and I do indeed bleed orange! GO VOLS!

Shortly after arriving in Denver, I began working at Inspire in the fall of 2017, and it’s been an exhilarating ride ever since. I kicked things off in a high school building with only 4 classrooms, moved into a beautiful new building with the Kinder kiddos, hung out with the cool 1st graders for a few years, and for the last few years have found such a sweet spot as a STL and Literacy Interventionists.

When I am not wearing my teacher hat, you can find me spending as much time as I can with my family. My husband and I live in the community and have 4 kiddos- three energetic boys and the spunkiest caboose princess you ever did see. For fun, I enjoy getting involved at our church, watching all my kiddos do what they love (Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Music, and Gymnastics), snow skiing, exploring new places to eat, and traveling any chance we get.

Inside my classroom, it’s my goal to create an environment where every kid feels the love and excitement of learning. I will always be their biggest cheerleader, bringing the energy and watching each child light up as they uncover their true potential. I love connecting with families and look forward to meeting you and your Inspire fox in what’s going to be a fantastic year.
